The Richards Partnership undertook a Landscape and Visual Baseline Appraisal for a 160Sq Km 'Economic City' in Hail, Saudi Arabia. The appraisal supports a development strategy for the new city and an airport to the north of the existing settlement. The assessment of the existing baseline has helped to inform the layout of the masterplan for the proposed new development.
