This 'greenfield' site occupies a sensitive location on the southern edge of Tiverton, Devon. The development strategy focused the proposed housing to the north of the site, where it would be visually contained and improve the transition between the urban edge and surrounding countryside, whilst reinforcing the wooded skyline along the southern boundary.
