Adjacent to the River Wye in Chepstow, this housing scheme received planning permission in early 2010, being set in a Conservation Area the proposals underwent some considerable scrutiny. A key element of the design approach was the creation of a riverside walk linking back into the site through a series of courtyards. The Richards Partnership developed detailed proposals for both the hard and soft elements of the scheme.
