Cardiff Pointe

A unique waterfront residential development.

Cardiff Pointe is located on a promontory of reclaimed land within Cardiff Bay. Working with Scott Brownrigg Architects, The Richards Partnership developed a masterplan that capitalised on the site’s waterfront location and a link through to the existing Cardiff Yacht Club. The scheme includes 640 residential properties, plus two residential towers of 24 storeys and 18 storeys, which cantilever out over the bay.
