St Catherine’s Place

A large scale residential and retail project alongside Bedminster’s main shopping area.

With Urbis developments and their architect David Rhodes, we are currently developing this strategic, brownfield site between Bedminster’s East Street shopping area and the railway station. The scheme revolves around a new pedestrian route between these well used areas with retail provided at ground level and residential above. The Richards Partnership worked with the team in developing bespoke furniture and ‘pop up’ infrastructure for use by market stall holders who will occupy the central spine of the pedestrian link.

The scheme was granted planning permission in late 2014.
