This high profile, mixed use scheme on the outskirts of Pune, comprised a residential area, retail units and a business park orientated and linked onto a central boulevard. The design was influenced by the desire to channel cooling winds through the site and orientate buildings in order to achieve the maximum amount of shade, whilst at the same time creating a strong sense of identity.
